Age Verification: Rafi88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts suspected of being held by persons under 21 years of age will be suspended pending verification. Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on Rafi88. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alternative accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, Rafi88 reserves the right to close all but the original account, void any bonus credits, and withhold any winnings derived from the duplicate account.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Rafi88 aims to complete KYC verification within one (1) business day of receiving complete documentation. The Platform reserves the right to request additional documents in cases of elevated risk assessment. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period may be restricted or closed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Rafi88 accepts deposits exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange) bank transfers, direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency methods including USDT TRC20.
A minimum deposit of RM50 applies unless otherwise stated on the cashier page. Rafi88 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees for which Rafi88 bears no responsibility.
All deposits are for the purpose of entertainment wagering only. Rafi88 does not accept deposits made with the intent of money storage, arbitrage, or any purpose other than genuine participation in the gambling services offered on the Platform.
Rafi88 reserves the right to decline any deposit transaction at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, particularly where it suspects the transaction may be linked to fraud, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder. The name on the receiving account must match the name on the Rafi88 account and the KYC documentation on file. Rafi88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
Rafi88 reserves the right to withhold or reverse a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, an investigation will be conducted and the Member will be notified of the outcome within a reasonable timeframe.
Rafi88 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, VIP cashback, and limited-time seasonal promotions. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game contributions, minimum odds requirements, and time limits are specified on each individual promotion page. It is the Member's responsibility to read and understand these requirements before opting into any promotion.
Rafi88 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting patterns (such as placing opposing bets on the same market across accounts) to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and systematic exploitation of errors in bonus term calculations.
Where bonus abuse is identified, Rafi88 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, restrict or close the account, and recover any funds that were incorrectly paid out as a result of such abuse.
Membership in the Rafi88 VIP Program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Royal Black Diamond) is subject to achieving and maintaining the monthly wagering turnover thresholds specified for each tier. VIP tier benefits, including cashback rates and birthday bonuses, are updated monthly based on the preceding calendar month's qualifying wagering activity. Rafi88 reserves the right to amend VIP tier thresholds and benefits at any time with reasonable notice.
All bets placed on Rafi88 are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission except in circumstances where the Platform has confirmed a system error or where the specific game rules of a product expressly permit cancellation.
Sports betting markets (including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, and UFC) are subject to the specific market rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. In the event of ambiguity, Rafi88's decision on the outcome of any bet is final.
Live dealer casino game results are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer tables, by the physical outcome of the game as overseen by a licensed dealer. Rafi88 does not manipulate game outcomes and all certified titles publish verified RTP figures.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game session that prevents the determination of a valid outcome, Rafi88 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Member's account. Winnings cannot be claimed on void rounds.

Rafi88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to void any pending bets or balances derived from prohibited activity, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
A Member who wishes to voluntarily close their account in good standing may do so by contacting support via live chat or email. Real-money balances (excluding forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Rafi88's decision on matters of bet settlement, game outcomes, and account standing shall be final and binding, except where a material error of fact can be demonstrated by the Member.
